[Resolved]  Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Balance deduction without any benefit

Sir;
I have tried to recharge my cell no [protected] with rs 123 as my free charge accounot having wallet balance rs10/ so deduction of rs 113 from my bank account done but my cell did not get either recharge or get credited balance in my wallet. My freecharge i'd is [protected]@gmail.com.
Plz sort it out my problem as soon as possible. Thank you

Thank you for writing in!

We understand that you are worried about the deduction from your account for a recharge that you had initiated.

We regret that the recharge was not processed as the transaction was unsuccessful for the order ID FCVA[protected].

If the payment has been deducted from your bank but has not been forwarded to the payment gateway or FreeCharge then the amount is automatically refunded to your bank account within 5 to 7 business days.

We request you to contact your bank customer support and quote these numbers (PG ID HHMP[protected] PG bdk) to know further about the status of the transaction. Please remember that you will have to call bank customer support and not visit the branch for this update.

Some nationalized banks may take more time than conventional time to credit the amount. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the reference number provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'.

They will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment gateway to locate the refund.
