Please refund my money Its been almost a 40 days now but still u didnt revert my money rs.750 either into my bank account or in Videocon DTH balance.

i need my money as well as my interest rate.
u people getting all o[censored]s money interest and saying "Your transaction inputs have been forwarded to the Internal team"
and still now my issue is not cleared and without my knowledge u have closed my ticket - # 1363069, # 1418646

plz reopen my issue and refund... im totally dissatisfied..
