Tried a recharge for mobile no. "[protected]" on 29 Dec 2016. The recharge was for data plan worth Rs.1498. The amount of 1498 was deducted from the account but recharge was failed. The amount was not refunded back, neither in the bank account or the freecharge wallet. Filled the complaint to [protected]@freecharge.in (ID #666554 and #670779) but no response. I haven't received my refund back for failed transaction and also not getting any update on tickets i have raised. need immediate attention here. please help.
