Sir, i have transacted an amount of rs. 830 through freecharge from my canara bank account number[protected] on 3rd june 2020, but my amount has been deducted and my transaction failed, but till now they have not refunded my amount and tell me to fill this form and contact your bank, so kindly look this matter and solve my problem as soon as possible...
