Hello, I ordered pizza on date 15 January 2017 from domino's pizza though freecharge While checking out or at the time of choose payment option, I selected freecharge wallet and then debit card of pnb. I was directed to my bank's website to complete the transaction by filling all details and ATM pin. When I had finally completed the transaction and was being directed back to the app, it showed a message that 'an error has occured and the order has not been placed'. Then I got a message and email from freecharge saying that you successfully paid Rs 418 at domino's pizza via freecharge and also received SMS from bank for balance deduction. I got a email saying complete ur orderfrom domino's. Even I called domino's customer care to confirm and they said they had not received any order from my side .My order I'd is [protected]_1 I hope that the matter would be fixed.pls refund my money.. Freecharge not responding on mail. Even they have no customercare number To reach. Very terrible experience. Pls help. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||

I have done dominos payment with free charge wallet . money is deducted from wallet but order is not placed. My order I'd is [protected]. In freecharge app it is showing successful but it is not . Please refund my money
