[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Money deducted from bank but not loaded in freecharge wallet | |||||
Hi, On 20th nov I was adding 2000 rs to my freecharge wallet. While doing this transaction I got an error as Sorry unable to process request, while the money was deducted from my bank account. I also spoke to my bank and as per them transaction is successful at their end. BUT freecharge is claiming that they didnt receive it. Its already been a week no proper solution. The transaction date is 20th November.
The order id did not get generated as it gave an error o[censored]nable to process request, but I do have my bank transaction id.
