[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Money Deducted from bank but not refunded or payment done | |||||
I tried of making electricty bill payments of BESCOM by using Debit card through freecharge. the Payment was Failed .. but the main issue is my bank account has been debited. not recieved any refund or freechharge cash.. Ticket has been raised but no reply given. Ticket id -# 712020 my order ID - FCEW[protected] Also In One page it shows PAyment Failed in another as Sucesss. which one to belive.. if payment has not approved they should refund to bank. we are middle class peoples. there is a value for money. we should pay the bill.. never ever thought FReecharge gives such a worst coustomer service. no body responds to the tickets raised . or no where there is mentioned the number to call.. so worst application..
