Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Money did not reach mobile app but deducted from bank | |||||
Freecharge mobile app transaction failed during transfer of 800 INR to my mobile app wallet ( ID name- Raja Singhai, mobile [protected]), but still the amount got deducted from SBI Saving account. I was using Debit card transaction to make it happen. Then I received the following message from Freecharge "" Hi Raja Singhai, Sorry, we have not received your money. Your transaction of Rs. 800 on Freecharge has failed. Normally it gets refunded by your bank within 72 hours. Please contact the bank if you still don't receive the amount. "" This happened on 10th December, then I filed online SBI complaint regarding this, and I received the following reply from them Mr. Mr. RAJA SINGHAI Your Complaint With Ticket No. OP[protected] has been attended to and closed after resolution as under. Transaction recorded are correct. For details contact branch at telephone no [protected] We regret the inconvenience .If your grievance persists, please Contact your Home Branch or call us at our Toll Free Nos. [protected]/[protected] or visit us at www.sbi.co.in quoting the above ticket number. We thank you for sharing with us your feedback on the services rendered by us and assure you that it will be our endeavor to provide quality service at all times. We look forward to your feedback in future also. Thanks and Regards, Team SBI which says that All Transactions recorded are correct, which doesn't seem so, you can check my wallet balance, which is still zero( name - Raja singhai mobile- [protected] ) please look into this Was this information helpful? | |||||
