Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Money is not refunded | |||||
I have added 20000 INR in freecharge mobile wallet on 27 dec 2016. On that day my amount was reflection there but after 2 days when i checked the amount it was showint "NA". I have lodge a complaint in "[protected]@freecharge.com" instantly and the reply was "There are some issue our agent will contact you within 24hrs." and today is 10 jan 2017 no one has contact me and nor my money is return in my wallet. I am daily sending a email to freecharge and the reply was same. Now please help me i am in big trouble i do not know where i have to registerd the complaint against Freecharge.
