Sir i have already made a complaint yesterday regarding my recharge which got failed but still you are saying that it is short. See my recharge was of rupees 303 part of which was from wallet balance and i didn't receive my money back. So i kindly request you to refund me my money back as soon as possible. May 11, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Freecharge Payment Technologies / FreeCharge.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 10, 2017 Freecharge Payment Technologies / FreeCharge.in Customer Care's response As per the Order ID FCVA[protected], cx had processed 55rs recharge which is failed and the amount will be refunded to customer bank accout in 5-7 bank working if the amt was deducted. So, please revert us with the exact Order ID for Rs.303/- trxn
