Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Money not returned in my wallet from 4th december | |||||
I order food from foodpanda on 4th December 2016 paid via freecharge. But since due to load on foodpanda server payment was not successful but the money was cut from my freecharge wallet. I registered the same complaint with food panda on same day.On clarifying with food panda executive they coordinated with freecharge customer care and told me that money will be returned to my account within 5 working days but however its almost 20 days i have registered complaint with freecharge regarding the refund of 95rs in my wallet but no one is responding to my complaint.With reference to ticket #539927 on freecharge nothing has been updated to me ... Its been almost 4 days after i generated a new ticket on freecharge not even heard from customer care..Please help me out. This is the worst part of freecharge they dont return the money even i have sent all the necessary screenshots they wanted then also they didnt reply nor i do get any call from customer care Was this information helpful? | |||||
