[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Mutual funds | |||
Hi, I invested 500 rupees using Freecharge's mutual fund section. But the folio number shown in the app does not match with the one in the documents sent to me by Reliance MF team. So the app displays zero balance. I cannot manage my money. Every time I email them, they ask me to wait for a week, but nothing happens. There is simply no helpful communication. Kindly help me. I have experienced the same, multiple to/fro on email happened till date, hope to get response with refund dates from freecharge and reliance on my todays email to them
