[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — my debited amount have not recharge & not get refund. | |||||
I am recharged in two days before in freecharge app in online. Exact date in 09/10/17 time 12.40 & 12.44 & 12.46 & 21.48. Total four times i am recharge but only two recharge was successful. Another two recharge not successfull. Time 12.44 & 12.46 is not get recharge only debited my debit card. That time one message i get its some techinal issue so reversal ur amount in two days. So i am waiting this two day. But still now not credit my account. So pls help. To give us to refund my two debit amount (38+38=72 rupees). Pls give immediately. I dont have faithful in freecharge. If any payment has been deducted from your bank but has not been forwarded to the payment gateway or FreeCharge then the amount is automatically refunded to your bank account within 5 to 7 bank business days. OK sir but i got message at the time its shown on my amount reversal in two days...So I raised my complaints...Please 5 to 7 days before my amount refund to u...my experience first time free charge I raised this time
