I paid wrong electricity bill means i paid to different customer usno instead of mine i am consulting free charge for more than 50days i told to return my amount back to my wallet i have taken screenshots put them to there webisite for there verification raised ticket id done 30- 40 times but there are not at all responding i am writing once again to act fast
My unique service id is this :[protected] but i payed the amount to[protected] thinking that my service number but service number is different from unique service number this i told you more than 100 times not able to understand what u are doing pls call me immediately to [protected]
This is the snap shot for the bill history that payment still pending u said the issue resolved for the ticked id 433002
Issue not yet resolved where u have seen the amount is settled pls send me a snap shot to my mail - id [protected]@gmail.com phone number:[protected] problem still there my amount is still pending showing last month bill and current bill amount total amount is still showing inspite of showing you all the screenshots everythin u still doesnt able to solve the problem i am attaching a new copy of the bill amount pls see it the screenshot showing last month unsettled amount and current bill amount pls check and settle immediately
