Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Non refund of failed booking | |||||
I booked a ticket with abhibus.com and tried paying via freecharge on 19th December 2016. After multiple failed attempts thicket was booked. Later i got another debit message from my bank which was shown as a failed transaction by freecharge. Rs. 1896 was debited which is mentioned as a failed transaction by freecharge. I tried contacting freecharge customer care but there is no proper response. Was this information helpful? | |||||
