[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Non refund of my money on unsuccessful recharge | |||
Yesterday I did one recharge of my BSNL prepaid number using the app of freecharge. The recharge was unsuccessful however my money was deducted from my account. Now, instead of redepositing the money in my account, the company is keeping my money with themselves in waht is called as wallet. This is unfair. They should have a system wherein if the recharge is unsuccessful, the mney should be directly refund back to the customer's bank account which is not happening.
