I paid 614 for the merchant, telugubooks.in on 25th sepetember 2021 through FREECHARGE. The Freecharge transaction id is: 6KYPoZOzAMNjc7_[protected]_1. The merchant has not received the payment. Upon my continuous follow-ups, they checked with payUbiz (their payment gateway) and replied to me that they have not received the payment at all from freecharge. So i raised a complaint to them via email, but they are not replying or anything. I sent them my phone number also, so no phone calls as well. I also raised the same to their grievance redressal team, no response yet. I tried calling their phone number also, it is not working either. Please help me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
