[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Payment Refunded problem | |||||
I transact amount of Rs.5850/- on 8th Dec, 2017 to google adwords service. After some month, google adwords refunded me amount of Rs. 5413.17/- to my freecharge Go card xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-4245, which is created through my freecharge login id: sonalgarg.[protected]@gmail.com. Freecharge replying that transaction is successful, but the payment is not reflecting in my freecharge account. This is going from last 10days. and suddenly freecharge stop replying via email. Request you to take strict action over this freecharge service. This is totally of fraud type. Please Guys Dont use freecharge anytime herewith i am sharing you transaction id through google i got, i.e.,[protected] and freecharge acquirer ref number for this payment is Was this information helpful? | |||||
Apr 6, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Freecharge is solving my problem by showing me December month transactions whose Transaction ID is 557489MRG0XNCHU5577632316404245. But I am having Problem with my refunded amount Rs.5413.17/- which is transferred to my freecharge account dated on 17th March, 2017. Till noe as more than 15 working days also passed, I didnt get payment of Rs. 5413.17/- in my freecharge wallet. I transferred amount Rs. 5750/- during December month to use GOOGLE ADWORDS Services through Freecharge VIRTUAL GO CARD services, from there i got 16 virtual credit card number, i.e., xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-4245. As I lefted services, so in place of that GOOGLE ADWORDS refunded me amount Rs. 5413.17/- dated on 17th March, 2017 to my previous payment mode, which i did through Freecharge VIRTUAL GO CARD on 8th Deember, 2017. As more than 15 working days has been passed, I didnt get any satisfactory reply from freecharge..That when Will i get transferred amount? how Long will it take to process ? and etc..etc... Seriously take strict action against this freecharge. I think this is totally fraud payment mode.
