Recharge for 26th aug, 2016 my order id is fcvw[protected]. But not credited in my account till date. I do may calls for customer care number. But they can't pick up in my phone. I want my money refund, my recharge rupees is 110 rs. They cant contact me and not solved my problem. My contact no.[protected], my name is agam joshi. I hope my problem solved as soon as possible. We understand that you are worried about the refund that you have requested. As per our records Payment gateway initiated auto refund of Rs. 110 to your account on[protected] against the order ID FCVW[protected]. Normal turnaround time for the amount to be credited to your bank account is 5-7 bank working days.In case the refund does not reflect in your bank account within the above mentioned turnaround time, please send us a copy of your updated bank statement from the date of transaction till date. This will help us follow it up with our payment partner. Please note that any cashback given against promotional offers is non-refundable and will remain as a FreeCharge balance.
