Today, I was booking a Train Ticket. For this, firstly I added a money to my Freecharge account. While booking a train ticket I use freechange wallet option. But My train ticket did not complete and withdraw the money from the wallet. I got the message Transaction is failed. I got the text message on mobile from Freecharge.in with Order Id([protected]). Please look at this matter and refund my cutting amount. Their service is very disappointed me at many times and very waste time of mine. On 03/01/2017 I have added Rs.1000 into my freecharge wallet and have my family members send another Rs. 1000 to my account .. the money overall Rs.2000 can not be used for any transactions .. it just states suspicious activity observed .. I have an order to pay with this ... Freecharge people won't respond to any of the mails... pls help

I wanted to do an idea recharge on 30/12/2016 from freecharge my rs.50 was deducted from my bank account but I have not recieved the recharge.
