I paid my airtel postpaid bill on oct 6 for 1263.ORDER ID FCMM[protected].It displayed the recharge was unsuccessful and money will be debited in ur bank .Its been four days since then and money has not yet been deposited or there is no intimation from freecharge regarding this issue.I need to get my money back immediately as its been already four days. We understand that you are worried about the refund that you have requested. As per our records payment gateway initiated auto refund of Rs.1263 to your account on[protected] against the order ID FCMM[protected]. Normal turnaround time for the amount to be credited to your bank account is 5-7 bank working days. In case the refund does not reflect in your bank account within the above mentioned turnaround time, kindly send us a copy of your updated bank statement from the date of transaction till date.
