I am Rajeev kumar sigh, [protected]@gmail.com. I have loaded rs 1000 in my freecharge wallet on 4-1-17 but just after 2-3 hours my account has been suspended by freecharge. Now I am unable to open my freecharge acc. so I mailed to [protected]@freecharge.in and told them my problem, but they have told that you have multiple freecharge accounts so i have blocked your account. I have assure them that I have single account and sent them my identity card and told them that if they found any account other my account then they can block them But they have not unlocked my account.
