On 20th december 2016 rs 3000 is debited frim my bank account but not credited to the freecharge wallet.after contacting freecharge they said the refund is initiated on 20th drcember and i will be credited in my bank account within 7 working days but i have not received the rs 3000 yet in my bank account.even after contacting them they are not taking the issue seriously.pls help as soon as possible.
