[Resolved]  Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Transaction roll back to my source account - 1386951

I credited 20, 000 to the Freecharge account from my credit card, now the withdrawal option has been removed by freecharge to any of the bank, i raised a case/complain on 3rd April to roll back the transaction to my source account. They said it will take 5-7 business days, today the date is 15th April, its almost 9 day business days, i do not see any good response and the amount is stuck in Freecharge queue!!! it looks still strange with such kind of service from freecharge to which people blindly believe the app and do multiple transactions. and deposit amount. Please help to get the amount back to my source account!!! Your help will be highly thankful.

I sent and followed up with recharge support email! i still get a single line statement to be as be patience, amount will be rolled back 5-7 business days!!! even after the days are more than they committed.

We understand that you want the refund to be processed to the same source bank/card.

Upon initiating the refund, normal turnaround time for the amount to be credited to your source bank account/card is 5-7 working days (Excluding Saturday and Sunday). In case the refund does not reflect in your bank account within the above mentioned turnaround time, please send us a copy of your updated bank statement from the date of transaction till date.

This will help us follow it up with our payment partner.

Please note that any cashback given against promotional offers is non-refundable and will remain as a FreeCharge balance.

We appreciate your patience & co-operation!

No, the amount is not yet credited to source account, the amount is still showing in my freecharge account. Please find the screenshot and the card statement till date from the transaction date.

Today again received email from care freecharge. Request has been initiated today!!! strange from freecharge, when i raised a complaint they said request is already initiated and now they are saying request has been initiated will reflect in 5-7 working days!!

Normal turnaround time for the amount to be credited to source bank account/card is 5-7 working days. In case the refund does not reflect in your bank account within the mentioned time, kindly send us a copy of your updated bank statement from the date of transaction till date.

By mistake I transferred Rs.5000 to Mr.Shantanu Mitra contact no.[protected] from my freecharge account which has been credited to him and he is now not picking my calls.
Please suggest how to get back my money.
