Hi I had done a Recharge of Rs. 786 on one of my BSNL number in my family, Yesterday on[protected], using freecharge but the recharge mode was wrongly selected Topup instead of Recharge please help to get this recharge reversed or corrected as possible. as I spoke to BSNL call center, they replied that they can not do it as it is done online. I am a big fan of online or cashlesss transactions but issues like this not only discourages the public but they also lose money. my email id is [protected]@gmail.com Please help.
