Hello team, I made recharge of 79rs to my bsnl mobile number. Actually there is multiple plans available at freecharge. Though i selected 3g/4g category, roaming plan was added to my account. I have raised ticket to freecharge and taking followup since last week. They accepted their fault and ready to pay 79rs. Date of recharge : 8th may My order id : fcvw[protected] Ticket number: 1500716 I lost near to 100rs just because of freecharge. I didn't receive any update from 16th may.
