My freecharge account was credited with 804 from my card after adding money i wanted to pay the electricity bill through freecharge. The amount got debited from my freecharge account and the and the electricity bill payment still under processing Ph:[protected] Transaction id: fcem[protected] Transacted on: 22ndjun 2018, fri, 5:44 am I should have received a cash back offer of rs 40/- also, this is probably the first time i have been experiencing such type of complaints with freecharge and i personally request the freecharge executives to make my transaction successful ..
