On 9 november 2017 i recharged to my jio number through freecharge using icici debit card. The amount 399 has been deducted from my account but i didn't get recharge. Within 3 hours recharge amount should be refunded but i didn't get that. Still recharge is under processing. I am requesting for refund of 399/- Order id Fcvw[protected] I had contacted the freecharge customer care ([protected]@freecharge.com) also, but no response. Was this information helpful? | |
