My concern is about the transaction that i made on 28th of dec 2016 for booking my movie tickets via freecharge app from my freecharge account [protected]@gmail.com. The amount was ₹526 and and while booking the tickets the transaction failed but my bank account got debited by the same amount. I was promised that within 5-7 days i would get my money back but i did not get the refund back till now and i have already mailed freecharge my bank statement and also provided them with the screenshots of the same. My order id was ID : MOBIOS[protected]. Despite sending various emails to freecharge my problem is not resolved till date. Was this information helpful? | |||||
