FreeCharge — recharge not done for AIRTEL Rs.200/- full talk time

I had done recharge today for AIRTEL Rs. 200/- full talktime the amount was deducted as usual but I did not get my balance amount for recharge. when called AIRTEL cust.care they did not reply properly they said aa jayega is this the way freecharge treating customers shame on them it is their duty to solve the problems occurred nor to just mint money from customers MY order I.D. is FCVW[protected]
