FreeCharge — Regarding charging problem | |||||
Sir, I recharge my mobile (AIRCEL) with Rs.32 on 29th nov-2016, which provides 120000 seconds from 11pm to 6am. My money Rs 32 has deducted from my bank account but mobile not recharged yet. pls help as soon as possible. customer care says to wait for 7 days but after what will heppen they dont know. last time I called after 7 days regarding other complain, that time they said that you have to complain within 7 days, after 7 days we dont consider the complains, now what to do I dont know..pls help.
