[Resolved] FreeCharge — videocon d2h recharge failed but amount debited from my account refund not yet received | |
My videocon d2h recharge failed due to some technical problem it could not complete but my bank account debited with that recharge balance.. Freecharge showing transaction not completed retry and so i did it again and even though it is showing successful rechagre is still pending. I have aelected year plan so it amounts to 3000 approx. For which i can able to use wallet balance of 75 which is also exausted for the balance.. Even without any recharge completed Was this information helpful? | |

A refund of Rs.2976.00 has been initiated through our Payment Gateway to your respective bank / card account on 14-Oct-2018. Normal turnaround time for the amount to be credited to your respective account is 5-7 bank working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday & bank holidays).
