[Resolved] Freecharge.in — I want to launch a complaint against Freecharge | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I am Samrat Pal. I want to launch a complaint against Freecharge.in because of I was recharge Rs.50/- on my mobile([protected]) from freecharge on 15th November 2014. And had taken the Money from my bank account on same day. But my recharge was not successful. And 17 nov'14 I did complain against it at freecharge at [protected]@freecharge.com via email But Still I have not received my balance. And they Wright me through mail that Dear Customer, Unfortunately, your transaction order id FCVA[protected] was unsuccessful. We have already refunded Rs.50 to your account as Freecharge Credits against this order, which you can use for any future transaction with Freecharge. You can check these under the 'Credits' tab in your account summary at https://www.freecharge.in/#!/credits Happy FreeCharging! But still i have not recived my balance. Sir/Madam Please do needful.
