Freshmenu — amount deducted but no order confirmation

I ordered 2 items and the amount of Rs 357 has been deducted via netbanking but no order confirmation. I tried calling several times but in vain. I am calling via registered mobile number but unable to reach the CUSTOMER CARE rep. I also sent an email but no response. They should have a direct CUSTOMER CARE line to resolve such issues.   Replace all
