I have placed an order today 7sep2018 at 8:30pm from hsr layout and its 11:43 i have not received it till now. I was trying to call on the customer care number but that too made me wait in the ivr queue for 15mins which again cost me few bucks and at end no one attended that call, now i finally cancelled my order and i want my refund asap. This was the last order i placed from freshmenu for sure because of the poor service and response. Was this information helpful? |
