The items - 1. Chicken biryani i ordered was very smelly and stale and as soon as i tried to have it, it made me vomit. 2. I ordered creamy pepper fusilli but i got fusilli arrabiata. Upon lodging a complaint to the freshmenu customer support they responded saying they will look up to the issue but after 2 days and after multiple emails for enquiry on what action has been taken, they stopped responding to my mails completely. I am fed up with their service, as on a previous occasion too, i had hair in the food and i had lodged a complaint earlier too and no action was taken. I have email proof of all the conversation of this complaint and the previous complaint too. Please take the necessary action and ban this joke of an organisation. Was this information helpful? |
