[Resolved]  Fullerton India Credit — dupe emi charged,

I have a personal loan and paying EMI since may on timec but since last month my two EMI have bounced as we are getting our salary on 8th, and I have experienced the worst service ever received.

As the EMI was bounced I received msg to pay online and I made the payment on the 8th October on 10th October I called call centre and spoke to Hussain to advice the I have done the payment but have not received any confirmation message. He could see the payment received through Paytm but it is not updated on my account. Later after 1 hour their automation sistem chafed EMI again on my account .

Again I spoke to Hussain and advised him that dupe EMI has been charged on my account and I request my urgent refund as my wife is expecting and she is due on 14th and any things can happen any time and this refund urgently in my account.

After telling all this their agent kept saying that it will take 6 days for payment to get updated and then it will take 7days to process refund back to my account. In short for Fullerton India's system error I have to wait 12 day to get refund I felt this is like a joke .

Later when I lost my temper and requested to speak to manager Hussain kept on hold and then after few min he advised me to send my bank statement showing both transaction and they will process refund urgently into my acvount. I sent them statement in 5min and waited til next day for confirmation of my refund. Later on 11th October I called the call centre again to double check about my request and spoke to Amruta. She told me that she couldn't see any such request on the system and all we could see is that I have been advised that it will take 7 days to process refund. Now again I told her that I want to speak to manager and she gave me a lame answer that there is no manager available on the floor and she will request a call back. Again I lost temper and told her I don't need stories and I will not disconnect the call until I speak to manager then she kept me on hold for 2 to 3 min and transferred the call to manager Neha Srim Chennai office.

Another person to tel the same stories again .. I told her i am not interested in your company procedures, all I need is solution for your error and I need it urgently. As per advice and approach I felt she is not even manager as she dint had any authority and had no knowledge of customer service as she still told me she will put a request and still it will take 7 days.

I am sorry but I was very rude to her but I was frustrated and help less. Then she asked me to send one cancelled cheque urgently and she will process refund but no response or update till now.

I am seeking leave attention

If any one require any proof of my wife's medical situation please let me know.

Fullerton India this was the expected response as your customer service sucks
. Even after reading my full complain you still have responded me that you will update me by 17oct18... Great .. I guess you don't care about your customer service and you don't care about your customer...

I have given you enough time to resolve... Now will register a formal complain with consumers forum.

Thank you so much, I have received my refund.

I request Fullertron India to give more attention on customer service and customers satisfaction.

When it's your company's error you need to resolve the issue without any delay, as you shouldn't ask customer to wait when it's your error.
