Furlenco — Delayed relocation of my stuff and now asking to charge extra

Dear team

I have asked for relocation of my furniture (rented from Furlenco) they confirmed it should be done by 10th of November.

It never happened and now the furniture is in previous apartment
I have made 15 calls to the customer care and written more than 10 emails .

But customer service guys, always, put the call on hold and never get back and same goes for the emails .

As I needed all the stuff for work, and its late so I have elected to unsubscribe the order and take it from another app . But for the same, furlenco is asking to pay for the whole duration .

But the fault/problem has been from Furlenco and not from my side. So why should I pay for it.
