Furlenco — Harrassement

We had taken 2 office desk combo in 2020. We have been paying on a regular basis without any misses. However due to family issue we had to relocate to a different city in November 2020. On the last week of October 2020 we had raised a request with Furlenco team to pick up the furniture before 5th November 2020. They had not scheduled any pickup. On 8th November before leaving the city as well we tried our level best to arrange for the pick up of this furniture. Due to no response we had no other option left in our hand other than leaving the city with the furniture is still left in Bangalore locked up in our landlords house. Meanwhile our landlord move to USA and he is now residing in USA with the house locked and the furniture inside it. We have been paying for Lanco rent until last two months that we decided that without any of our mistake we have ended up paying more than the value of the furniture without even using the furniture . In spite o[censored]s repeatedly informing the same multiple times to the customer care they took no action of picking up the furniture. Once we stopped paying them they started contacting us via phone calls WhatsApp messages normal messages. These messages were initially normal reminder messages later they turned into threatening messages they started going to various social media platform started picking up our pictures and sending them on WhatsApp mentioning they will get our KYC blocked they will post bad things about us on various social media platform and they will try to harm us . I no longer live in the same city Bangalore and the furniture is in Bangalore locked up at my landlord’s house my landlord is staying outside of India he is going to return only by the end of this year please help me to save me and my family from this harassment that Furlenco is doing to us because of their own mistake of not picking up the furniture is on time.
