My husband booked a sofa from furlenco, paying full years amount in advance. The sofa did not fit in our room and we contacted furlenco to cancel it the same day. Furlenco told us cancellation cannot happen till delivery is done. Delivery was not marked done for another day. Then when finally we were able to cancel, the sofa was picked up in 5 days. We were told by the customer care representative that we will be charged for these 6 days.
After a few days when we received nothing related to the refund amount we started calling the customer care. It was a nightmare, as soon as we told them the entire thing they would either put us on hold for 5-10 mins then disconnect the call or suddenly they were not able to hear us and the call would be disconnected. One representative told my husband the refund will be initiated soon but right now their system has some issue in calculating our refund amount. Another representative told us that there is no policy of refund. On asking them further clarification they suddenly were not able to hear us and disconnected the call. This was our 7th call of the day.
