Furlenco — Refusal to product pickup post termination, multiple auto-deducations despite prepaid service, fraudelent extension of contract

I have been using services from Furlenco (rented appliance and furniture) since over a year. There have been multiple issues with their service starting from basic communication to deliveries/pickup and even financial transactions (billing). But right now when my contract o[censored]sage is terminating, they've come down to fraudulent ways of extending contract by cancelling pickup without notifying.

First of all, reaching Furlenco over emails/calls is a massive hurdle in itself. The calls barely ever reach a customer executive and the emails and bots just generate a generic automated reply to all your concerns.

My prepaid service with Furlenco was ending this month of January on the 12th and I tried booking the pickup in advance but there was no slot available until 18th. So I booked the first available slot and received a confirmation of the pickup. However, their warehouse happened to cancel the pickup and they didn't care notifying me about the same.
Already having dealt with their incompetence with deliveries and pickup in the past, I was keeping a tab on the pickup in advance. When I tried contacting 2 days before pickup, all of their customer support stated that I had cancelled the pickup, without wanting to give any details (date and time) about the same.
Over a detailed drilling conversation with one of the support staff, Shaoib, he admitted that they (Furlenco) cancelled the pickup d and I had to extend my subscription and pay for the next month as well.

They also wiped off all the notification from my app which stated the end of service termination and added billing details for the next month. However, I do have Whatsapp confirmation of the pickup confirmation from the compnay.

Not only this, in the month of August, 2022, despite having paid for 6 months of service in advance, they kept initiating auto deductions from my bank despite me cancelling the autodeduction from that account. They have on all grounds, unapologetically committed a fraud and continue to do so.
