I have been calling the customer care daily for last 2 weeks and they are unable to pick up the product and daily they say they will pick the product next day....

I've subscribed to furlenco unlimited under which I rented out 2 cots from furlenco. They have delivered me damaged cots twice. I've been requesting for replacement for almost 2 months now and the replacement has not happened yet. The team also constantly makes fake promises and lies about delivering the product. I've not been able to sleep properly because I've to sleep on sofa because of the broken bed....

Rented furniture bought from Furlenco on A’s name and B’s name was opted for E- mandate/auto debit.
On every payment date furlenco debited penalty charges from A’s account.
When the complaint was raised to adjust the wrongly levying of charges, nothing was resolved and eventually we put a request to return the products and settle the fraudulent charges against the same. The company started to harass by sending unknown...

I was a customer of Furlenco, I cancelled my subscription in the month of May, but I have still been getting calls to make the monthly payment....

1) I have received poor or no response from the primary and secondary levels of Furlenco customer care.

2) The issue is with the recliner that I rented. It is no longer reclining and is stuck in the fully reclined position for over three weeks now. It is unusable and causing a hassle in the living room by occupying additional area. See picture.

3) So, I contacted the customer care to have a technician visit...

I ordered the Unlimited pack from Furlenco and have been suffering from major issues

1. The TV was not mounted during the first installation. No response even after multiple requests. Someone finally called but due to time constraints asked them to come on a different day. They never came at all and stopped picking up calls only. Once again, dropped many requests, wrote on Twitter. No response to date

I had rented a sofa lounger from Furlenco in the month of June'2021 & I raised a query w.r.t my invoice in August'2021..

To my surprise even after multiple follow ups with customer care & thru Emails & mobile app help it took almost 2 weeks for a revert, that to from an executive who displayed unethical behavior. With my escalation Furlenco had apologized through return email & promised that such an incident will never happen....

Furlenco is indeed one difficult company to deal with. We, as customers are having such bitter experience dealing with their customer care team. We have scheduled furniture pick up multiple times but no one bothered to attend it. and they are piling up rent on us for the same; it’s seems like a trap. I raised a return (cancellation) request on 20 Feb, 2022 and the products were picked up by Furlenco team on 5 March, 2022. However, I have still not received my deposit of ~3, 000 rupees.
