I had paid for 6 months subscription from April 23-Sep 23, and even after paying in advance they have debited money for April and now it has been 20 days and they have kept me hanging in between. No resolution from their side, I keep on getting auto generated mails from them asking for more time.

Exceptionally bad service

1. Furlenco doesn't have a customer care number! You have to submit a request, and they will call you back, at their leisure.
2. Order delivery times keep changing, and you will have no clue on when the order will actually get delivered. Furlenco says you'll get a call 24 hrs before scheduling a delivery, but that has never happened in my experience.
3. Same troubles apply for returning items( That is its own can of worms)

I placed an order on 28th February through UPI. The order went through and they cancelled it. It’s been 7 business days and. I have been following up on the status of my refund and they keep giving excuses. I relacated to Bangalore and I need money because relocation is very expensive. I recently ordered furniture from Furlenco, and I have had an extremely disappointing experience with their delivery and customer service.
It has been 30 days since I placed my order, and my sofa has still not been delivered, despite multiple promises from their customer care team. What is even more frustrating is that I have been paying for this furniture with my hard-earned money, and yet the company seems to have no respect for my time or money.
To add to my disappointment, I also had issues with a microwave that I purchased from them, which hasn't been repaired or replaced yet. I have tried to contact their customer care team multiple times, but each time, they only say that they will look into it, and then nothing happens.
This delay has caused me significant pain and inconvenience, and I feel like the company doesn't care about its customers at all. I would strongly advise anyone looking to purchase furniture or appliances to avoid furlenco at all costs.
Overall, my experience with Furlenco has been incredibly disappointing, and I would not recommend them to anyone. If you are looking for a company that values its customers and provides good service, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Changing Policies without informing the consumer

I have been informed that furlenco has discontinued the relocation benefits. I have taken the products considering the relocation and it's unethical to stop in the middle of my subscription. I am eligible for one-time relocation and I want to avail that service.

I have been using services from Furlenco (rented appliance and furniture) since over a year. There have been multiple issues with their service starting from basic communication to deliveries/pickup and even financial transactions (billing). Furlenco Termination of rental subscription
I have taken rental subscription for one of the product from furlenco but now they are not returning the product and monthly they are deducting money and once I return the product then daily customer care says it will be picked up by today and pick up guy also says vechile is either damaged or there is no space for the return.

Outstanding Balance despite Pre-payment
I had bought a 6 month rental membership for a 43inch Smart TV on Furlenco on 13th July 2022 which is supposed to run till 13th January. The price of the subscription was Rs.6123. Now i have received an invoice that tells me to pay Rs.527.7 by 19th Dec as outstanding balance.
Upon connecting with the customer support, i have been told that when i paid for the subscription in July, the amount should have been Rs.8232 instead of the one i was told to pay at that time(Rs.6123). This happened due to a technical glitch on Furlenco's side, they admitted to this.
However, i was never informed about this glitch and the logic of paying Rs.527.7 has not been made clear to me, especially when the whole order was pre-paid till 13th Jan.
Customer care could not solve this issue. I want to cancel the subscription but i am not allowed to until i pay the said amount.

Not providing refund from past 45 days

Order of combo of washing machine and refrigerator was processed on 15th October 2022 while I could not keep the washing machine due to sanitary issues, however company's customer care executive told me that I should refuse to accept the delivery and the order for machine will get cancelled and I will be provided with the refund without any further requirement. Please note that at this time I informed that about every detail about the order, that it was a combo product, but I am cancelling partial order, but they said that still the refund will be provided to me without any further requirement.
however, for 10-12 days, there was no communication from the company regarding the refund and I was checking my bank account regularly for the same, but to no avail.
I contacted the customer care centre, not to mention that it took me hours to arrange call with them since there is no contact number provided on their website/app and other help portals are also chat bot which does everything not to help,

Payment deducted from bank twice but not updated.
I paid twice to Furlenco subscription. It’s been a week, neither I got refund nor it’s showing on app. Also I’m being fined for late payment and my rental is increased to monthly subscription.

Bought a bed and not delivered
I have a bought a bed through furlenco with order number 12450. The delivery agent came on 29th August without the item he is supposed to deliver. Went back saying he will deliver the next day since the item is missing in his Van. I have been following up with emails since then. There is no proper support.

Furlenco team has been very unethical and unprofessional. I have been trying to close the rental subscription by doing a fnf through the app but none is coming to pick up the product and then they have been generating monthly invoice and forcing us to pay. The customer care executives are also very rude...

Receiving threatening call
Hi ive been using the products from furlenco for the past 1 year, but recently my few products stopped working and ive asked them for service or replacement but they didn;t give proper response but they are asking for the payment for the products which i ve not used, They are threatening and blackmailing me to do the payment and they are telling me that they put my id details in some defaulter page and those people using cheap words to pay for the products which i ve not used

Cancel the subscription
I have opted for Furlenco subscription on November 2021 for three months items are four door wardrobe and double fridge for three months, I have paid in once for three month subscription, in January I have raised a request for cancel the subscription of wardrobe and pick-up has been successfully made by Furlenco team, but on 5feb they charged with wardrobe mistakenly, after that they sent revised bill for feb month on the item double door fridge it has been paid on 10th feb,
On 19th and 20th feb I have raised a request for close the subscription and take back their fridge it was never happened, still I paid one month extra on the month of March, after that also they never did raise pickup but still deducting my balance of 850 every month in month of June and July also said the same, to UMER NISHANTH SHIVA ROHITH AND MORE, they never understand the language
Now they are harassing me by calls and msgs and saying that legal notice will be issued, why I have to pay them when I said to pick-up and I got loss from them upto 4800

Hi I have took four door wardrobe and double door fridge from Furlenco in November 2021, and I have paid for 3months subscription after that I said to cancel in January but no pick up was made still I paid for 1month in feb month wardrobe has been picked but not fridge thought mistake happened from them so paid again 1month, I have raised request for cancellation and close the subscription too which was on 19 feb and 20 feb they did not do it, auto deducted has been happened in account for 6months without intimation now they are harassing me by calling and messaging and saying that they will send legal notice

I booked a couple of items from Furlenco, it was a combo and yet furlenco cancelled one part of their combo and since I asked to cancel the entire combo they charged my extra for a week and moreover even after agreeing to that, my refund has not been issued even now.

I have been facing the issue with Refund team, multiple calls, mails were dropped and no response from them. Firstly, my pickup was scheduled for 1 july, it was postpone to 5 july. Then after a travel from Banglore to Hyderabad, on that no intimation was given and none arrived after connected to one the team member on 5th july i was said, it is postpone and won't be comming that day. No date, request or information was given and i travelled foolishly from long way. After pickup on 8th July, i was assured that my refund won't take too long as inconvenience was faced. Till date 30 july, i have given multiple calls, multiple mails and always saying that issue would be solved in 24-48 hours and issue was not addressed. No refund related calls, i have tried being cooperative to just to update me of issue why is there delay, but your team refused to update too. They say within 5-10 min I'll be recieving a call and done & dusted. Am disappointed with service and after support amd recieving and thankfully delayed the order which possibly make me face the same mental torture.

Subscription charges without subscription

I've subscribed to furlenco unlimited under which I rented out 2 cots from furlenco. They have delivered me damaged cots twice. I've been requesting for replacement for almost 2 months now and the replacement has not happened yet. The team also constantly makes fake promises and lies about delivering the product. I've not been able to sleep properly because I've to sleep on sofa because of the broken bed....

Harassment and fraudulently levying of charges

Rented furniture bought from Furlenco on A’s name and B’s name was opted for E- mandate/auto debit.
On every payment date furlenco debited penalty charges from A’s account.
When the complaint was raised to adjust the wrongly levying of charges, nothing was resolved and eventually we put a request to return the products and settle the fraudulent charges against the same. The company started to harass by sending unknown people and we started to receive threat calls. We requested Furlenco to settle the amount and take the furniture at the same time, the company refused to settle it on the spot and forced us to give them the furniture first. Till date we are facing the harassment and no action is being taken from Furlenco’s side.

Repair denied for product

1) I have received poor or no response from the primary and secondary levels of Furlenco customer care.
2) The issue is with the recliner that I rented. It is no longer reclining and is stuck in the fully reclined position for over three weeks now. It is unusable and causing a hassle in the living room by occupying additional area. See picture.
3) So, I contacted the customer care to have a technician visit my place and fix it. I am still waiting for the technician after raising tickets and repeated follow-ups. The agents have promised to send the technician but failed to do so. Here are the tickets that were provided to me to address my issue by your customer care and service teams: Tickets # 2208536, 2208891, 2209027, 2211001
4) Summary: Furlenco refused to repair the product and refused to reimburse the unused subscription. They advised me to cancel the subscription otherwise I will receive a new invoice on May 11, 2022. Hence, with no other option, I cancelled the subscription and had to forego unused days.
I expect a better resolution. Furlenco is scaring away your customers.

I ordered the Unlimited pack from Furlenco and have been suffering from major issues
1. The TV was not mounted during the first installation. No response even after multiple requests. Someone finally called but due to time constraints asked them to come on a different day. They never came at all and stopped picking up calls only. Once again, dropped many requests, wrote on Twitter. No response to date
2. Now, the washing machine is not working. Have not even used it once and I have no way to get it changed. I am exhausted
