Furlenco — Took the money for furniture rental and cheated the customer by not delivering the furniture

Furlenco is doing a huge scam by taking orders on the App with payment but not delivering the furniture as promised. Till now they have given around 10 dates for delivery but have failed miserably in delivering the furniture. I have got confirmation calls from Logistics team 7 times till now, because of which I had to wait in the location on those days but delivery was not done. Each of the times, Customer care provides no update on the delivery status as they are unaware of the Logistics update. I have been calling Customer care nearly everyday but am getting a different date during each call. They claim to deliver the furniture within 72 hours on their website which is actually a big lie, it has to be escalated to the concerned team for providing incorrect information to the outside world. My order was placed on Feb 25th, 2023 and till now I haven’t received my order. Also, none of the people in Furlenco are responsible enough to follow up on this and take necessary actions. They are just lying to the customers, making fake promises, giving out wrong random delivery dates and cheating the customers openly. I have lost my peace of mind by talking to these people every other day only to get useless disappointing answers. Even though dates are updated on the App, logistic team calls are received, email confirmations and text messages are received they are not bothering to deliver the furniture that I ordered. Furlenco is not even confirming that they don’t have stock, they are just playing with customer’s time, money and patience. I have lost all respect towards Furlenco and want them to be shutdown. I want to sue them for spoiling my peace of mind, for playing with my precious time, money and patience. Kindly help teach them a lesson for their unethical behaviour in business towards a customer.
