[Resolved]  Kurlon — 2 MATTRESS DIFFER IN SIZE

I had purchased tow kurl-on bonnell spring mattress in Jun 13. Both the mattress differ in size one is higher than other. I lodged a complain around two weeks back with kurl on at there call center no [protected] and was given comnplain no ....TN50160 and told a representative from there side will visit me in next 72 hours. I am unable to use the mattresses due to one being higher than other and on the call center no i was told the mattresses will be replaced. Everytime i call up the call center i am told the complain is under process. I had paid approx 17,000 rs for the mattresses and there has been no response from the company side.
