[Resolved]  Future Generali — car insurance, claim rejected without any reason

Dear sir,
I have a car maruti ciaz, which is got accident on 1-3-2019 and i went to the posco automobiles for repairing. My insurance policy no. Is 2018-pba32732-fpv. My claim no is cm000432. But the servayour rejects the claim saying that it is has some rust, so we will not approve it. Rust may be come by as its raining in that period. When i talked him regarding all that he scold me and told do whatever, you want to do, we will not approve it. This is very bad behaviour by company.
