Future Generali — False promises of loan against insurance

Future Generali Insurance has sold me a policy with false promise of loan against insurance. My policy number is 01239384. Initially the discussion started with loan at very low rate of interest and then they said that to get such a loan I have to buy a policy. They sold me the policy and now they are not responding for loan. For policy return, they are saying that no premium would be paid back. I am really feeling cheated.
