Future Generali — Insurance policy lapsed because of financial condition and nowith they do not return premium amount

I had a policy in Future Genarali, Trivandrum. Because of my financial condition I was not able to continue paying the premium. Now the company says my policy is cancelled and they will not pay me the amounts I paid as premiums. I am not asking Future Genarali's Money. I am just asking for the money I paid to them since they cancelled my policy and deny everything. Please help Consumer Complaint Department.
