Future Generali Life Insurance — Surrendered policy amount is not received

Hi, I have surrendered my ploicy 00676317 on 2nd dec 2015. As per their norms they should credit amount within 10 days. Even after 21 days I have not recieved money. I called 15 to 20 times and sent 15 mails, No proper response. Please help me out their support mail id is [protected]@futuregenerali.in
