Future Generali — Non claim for complete damage

Please help us to resolve the claim for our damaged Hundai Eon car with vehicle no KA04 MM 3957 and policy no 2015-V3855264-FPV. We are claimed for our car damage which happened in a recent accident where the front bumper and left side door got damaged. But the evaluator Mr Rajesh not approved the front bumper as he is saying the damage is not happened in this accident but the truth is all the damage happened in the same accident. When I spoke to him he very rudely answered he can't give approval for that. Please kindly help us to resolve it as early possible. Thank you Dr Sunil Patil [protected]
