Policy no 2015-v3901922-fpv 22.06.16 my car had breakdown as i was in near by bhilad i had try customer care i took long time due it was village area so i arrange a towing van and had call to customer care and took all facts and said i arrange before towing car o some sneha was there i am having recording of her call she said to me so i trust future generali and tow my car me u have to take proper bill and submit to our settlement team. And now all thing r done and i have call today another lady employee code 89305 she told me we cannot help you as you have arrange a in case of accident. We can help you is a future generali is a small company of the company any customer who buy 10lak car u insurance company think can lie to u for some amount of money... If sneha u employ had told me at first u will not get it.. I[censored] arrange a towing van i would not... Done it kindly look after the matter... At first when i took the policy same thing had happen... Payment was down on 5.8.15 and didn't got a soft copy of the policy was made on 13.8.15 and i got a call from settlement guys there v to rude to speck and told u bill cant be settlement kindly help me...
